Agim Bahtiri depozitoi sot te Presidenti peticionin për bashkimin e Mitrovicës

Kryetari i komunës së Mitrovicës, Agim Bahtiri, sot dorëzoi te presidenti i vendit, Hashim Thaçi, peticionin për bashkimin e qytetit të Mitrovicës.
Peticioni është nënshkruar nga 16,594 qytetarëve.
“Nga presidenti Thaçi kërkohet mbështetja e tij për miratimin e kësaj nisme të ndërmarrë nga qytetarët e Mitrovicës”, thuhej në njoftimin e Komunës së Mitrovicës.
Peticionin me nënshkrime, ditë më parë Bahtiri e dërgoi te kryetari i Kuvendit të Kosovës, Kadri Veseli.
Ideja e kryetarit të Mitrovicës së Jugut, Agim Bahtiri që të bashkohet Mitrovica, nuk ka gjetur përkrahje në Ministrinë e Administratës dhe Pushtetit Lokal.
Përmes një vendimi, kjo ministri ka refuzuar kërkesën e Bahtirit për bashkim të Mitrovicës.
Iniciativa e Bahtirit, është përcjellë edhe me një peticion të nënshkruar nga rreth 17 mijë qytetarë të Mitrovicës Jugore, për ndryshimin dhe plotësimin e ligjit për Kufijtë Administrativë të Komunave.
MAPL përmes këtij vendimi, ka kërkuar nga Kuvendi i Kosovës që të refuzojë nismën legjislative meqë nuk i përmban kushtet dhe kriteret e përcaktuara me Ligjin për Nisma Legjislative.
Peticioni me nënshkrimet e qytetarëve për bashkimin e qytetit të Mitrovicës, më 16 janar i ishte dorëzuar Kuvendit të Kosovës.
