Enver Hasani, ish-Kryetar i Gjykatës Kushtetuese të Kosovës ka implikuar Presidentin e vendit Hashim Thaçin dhe kryeprokurorin Aleksander Lumezi, në atë që ai e quan montim i rastit ndaj tij.
Ai beson se presidenti Hashim Thaçi i është vënë pas përmes kryeprokurorit të shtetit, Aleksandër Lumezin.
Sipas tij, presidenti Thaçi i ka dhënë urdhër kryeprokurorit Lumezi që ta dëmtojë atë.
Për këtë, në Rubikon të KTV-së, Hasani thotë se e ka vërtetuar përmes dëshmitarit i cili ka qenë në të njëjtin vend kur sipas tij, presidenti ka folur me kryeprokurorin për të.
Dëshmitari, thotë Hasani, është i familjes Pacolli.
Hashimi i ka thënë Lumezit, duke ma sha nanën, që ma ka vra Millosheviqi në derë të shtëpisë, t’u i thanë, Enver Hasanit bëja kështu, kështu akuzën
