Gjykata Themelore në Prishtinë ka liruar nga paraburgimi Enver Sekiraqën.
Masa e sigurisë i është zëvendësuar me arrest shtëpiak.
Në seancën e fundit në gjykatë, mbrojtja propozoi ndërprerjen e masës së paraburgimit dhe të vendosjen e masës së arrestit shtëpiak për Sekiraqën.
Gjykata aprovoi sot kërkesën e parashtruar nga mbrojtja e Sekiraqës, e kryesuar nga avokatja Kosovare Kelmendi.
Në prill të vitit 2014, Prokuroria Speciale e Republikës së Kosovës kishte ngritur aktakuzë ndaj Enver Sekiraqes për tri vepra penale, për nxitje në vrasjen e Triumf Rizës, “detyrim” dhe “dhunim”, ku për këtë të fundit, gjykata e shkallës së parë e kishte shpallur të pafajshëm.
Prokuroria pretendon se incidenti i ndodhur në “Sëiss Casino” në mes të Sekiraqës dhe Rizës ishte njëri nga motivet që çuan në vrasjen e Triumf Rizës.
Incidenti në “Swiss Casino”, kishte ndodhur në dhjetorin e vitit 2006, ndërsa në të ishin të përfshirë Enver Sekiraqa dhe disa shoqërues të tij në njërën anë, dhe i ndjeri Triumf Riza e Arben Selmani në anën tjetër. Në këtë incident i plagosur rëndë kishte mbetur Arben Selmani.
Triumf Riza u vra më 30 gusht të vitit 2007, vrasje për të cilën Arben Berisha është dënuar me 35 vjet burg, ndërsa Enver Sekiraqa me 37 vjet.
