Gjykata Supreme në vendimin e marr sot, ka liruar me kusht vetëm Jahir Demakun ndërkaq njejtë nuk ndodhi edhe me Sylejman Selimin. Supremja e Kosovës ka hedhur poshtë kërkesën për lirimin nga burgu të Sylejman Selimit.
Këtë njoftim e ka bërë të ditur avokati i Sylejman Selimit, Tomë Gashi përmes një postimi në Facebook, duke ngritur dyshime për një ndodhi të tillë:

As sot nuk lirohet Gjenerali i Ushtrise Çlirimtare te Kosoves Sylejman Selimi.
Qartas ne menyre te kunderligjshme dhe pa vendim gjyqesor per 136 dite, Gjykata Supreme e Kosoves po e mban ne burg Sylejman Selimin ne burg.
Edhe tentimi i sotem per ta liruar me kusht deshtoj pasiqe nuk pati vullnet politik te atyre qe thirren ne drejtesi.
Per cka keni luftuar ju ushtare dhe komandante te UÇK-se.!
Qe te kemi sistem te ketille juridik, qe ta mbajne mbi 5 vite ne burg me prova to montuara.
Dhe per 136 dite pa asnje vendim gjyqesor ta mbajne ne burg Komandantin e Shtabit te Pergjithshem te UÇK-se Gjeneral Sylejman Selimin.
Nuk besoj se keni lufutar per kesi sistemi te korruptuar juridik deri ne palce.!
